Sustainability Consultation

In this project designed by PSG Architects, we took on the role of sustainability consultants, tasked with a challenging yet rewarding mission: to seamlessly integrate statutory sustainability benchmarks into a progressive architectural vision without escalating costs or compromising design integrity.

In the extensive, multi stage project, our role included assessments of every unique apartment in the development, along with BCA Section J compliance assessment, recommendation and certification of the commercial spaces in the project including its major restaurant spaces

Using our broad based architectural and construction knowledge, along with a deep knowledge borne of hundreds of assessments, we were able to achieve successful certification of the building.
