Sustainability Consultation

Engaged by tier 1 builder Grocon, we took on the role of sustainability consultants on this project, tasked with a challenging yet rewarding mission: to seamlessly integrate statutory sustainability benchmarks into a progressive architectural vision without escalating costs or compromising design integrity.

In the extensive project, our role included assessments of every unique apartment in the development to ensure compliance with the then very modest 4 star energy rating requirements mandated by the City of Melbourne’s Local Planning Scheme.

Using our broad based architectural and construction knowledge, along with a deep knowledge borne of hundreds of assessments, we were able to achieve successful certification of the building.
