In the heart of a vibrant regional town in Victoria, we undertook an affordable housing multi dwelling project with a distinctive vision in mind. The aim was to bridge the gap between affordable, efficient housing and thoughtful, quality and custom design.

The development, consisting of 3-bedroom attached dwellings draws inspiration from the traditional 19th-century single-fronted attached cottage model. The design breathes new life into this classic dwelling configuration with a contemporary twist. While structured around a development model of the past, the dwellings are crafted for today's living, with spaces that are functional, airy, aesthetically pleasing and light filled.

Beyond just creating a housing solution, this project demonstrates that affordability and elegant design can coexist, resulting in homes that cater to contemporary needs while resonating with the architectural legacy of the past.
